Job summary

Keystone Technologies in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Pricing Analyst to develop job quotes, analyze customer pricing, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance pricing strategies and profitability.

You will manage pricing in P21 ERP, leverage Excel and Power BI for analysis, monitor trends and win rates, and expand pricing support across divisions while building strong cross‑functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of pricing analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Experience in the lighting industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL; experience with P21 is highly desirable
• Ability to think creatively to solve pricing challenges

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing structures for job quotes based on market trends and inventory levels
• Manage customer pricing in P21 ERP software
• Analyze pricing results including trends, turnaround time, win ratios, and price competitiveness
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide timely pricing information
• Utilize Excel to manage pricing data and expand analytics into Power BI
• Build strong relationships with sales to align pricing strategies with customer expectations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose pricing enhancements
• Analyze competitive market data and maintain pricing databases
• Prepare regular reports on pricing trends for management review
• Support pricing-related projects and expand pricing support to all divisions
