Position: Pricing Specialist

Location: Nashua, NH

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally and are currently seeking a Product Cost Analyst to join our High Speed Backplane team located in Nashua, NH.

The Pricing Specialist reports to the Product marketing team and is responsible for managing RFQ and pricing activities, building and maintaining a pricing database, analyzing pricing trends, and identifying effective pricing strategies to drive growth across the HSBP portfolio.

This role collaborates closely with Product Line Managers, Sales, and Finance to ensure competitive pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage pricing database, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems
• Support pricing decisions by analyzing cost structures, market inputs, and demand trends
• Track and report cost changes, price erosion, and pricing performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3 years of experience in pricing, product management, or financial analysis (experience in connectors, electronics, or manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis and modeling preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to work with engineering, operations, sales, and finance teams
