Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a detail-oriented Scan Coordinator to manage daily pricing changes, update shelf signs, and ensure pricing integrity across departments. You will verify weekly ad prices, maintain accuracy, and help ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes analytical work, sign creation, and teamwork with store staff to deliver accurate pricing and smooth operations.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze total scanning programs and maintain reports.
Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; good vision required.
Able to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours.
Ability to crouch/kneel/squat to access low positions for up to 50 hours.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes and update shelf signs and banners.
Verify weekly ad price changes, pricing accuracy and signage across departments.
Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
Support pricing integrity quickly and accurately in-store.
