Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a detail-oriented Scan Coordinator to manage price changes, sign updates, and promotional signage. You will verify pricing accuracy, ensure compliance with regulations, and support pricing integrity in a fast-paced store environment. Excellent math, organizational, and customer interaction skills are required.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma and 1–3 months related experience. Strong Excel and Office familiarity helps.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with strong customer interaction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes and update shelf and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, pricing accuracy, and signage across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity in the store.
• Maintain price signage and assist customers and vendors as needed.
