Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity across the store, handling daily, weekly, and monthly price changes and updating shelf signs to reflect current promotions.

The role requires detail-oriented individuals who can work quickly in a fast-paced environment, read price tags accurately, and assist customers and team members. High school diploma and 1–3 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; good vision and use of a ladder.
• Able to lift boxes up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours; occasional crouching/kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining price integrity in the store.
• Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly price changes and updating signs.
• Verifying weekly ad price changes and pricing signage for accuracy.
• Ensuring compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity.
