Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity across the store. You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, update shelf signs and promotional signage, and verify pricing accuracy in all departments.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a HS diploma and are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, using Microsoft Office, and interacting with customers, employees, and vendors. Flexible hours and physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience and/or training
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports and schedules
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs, and use a computer to activate pricing; able to use a step ladder
• Able to transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and crouch/kneel/squat for access to the ground for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall price integrity in the store through daily, weekly, and monthly price changes
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy and pricing signage across departments
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity in-store
