Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Preferred 1–2 years grocery retail experience in Store Support processes and procedures.
• Experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shelf tags and price changes in the system daily.
• Executes promotions and ensures accurate tagging and communication with managers.
• Assists customers and fulfills requests and special orders.
• Responds to customer questions and handles suggestions or complaints.
• Prepares and submits required paperwork and reports.
• Maintains store cleanliness including basic housekeeping as needed.
