Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a team member to support daily store operations, customer service, and promotions. You will handle shelf tagging, price updates, and assist customers with requests while maintaining a clean store environment.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, adaptability to a fast-paced retail setting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A high school diploma is required; prior grocery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency degree.
• Preferred 1-2 years grocery retail experience in Store Support.
• Experience in natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelf tags and update as needed.
• Update price changes daily in the computer.
• Execute timely promotions with accurate tagging and coordination.
• Inform management of scanning inaccuracies and errors.
• Work with customers to fulfill needs and special requests.
• Respond to customer suggestions and complaints.
• Prepare and submit required paperwork and reports.
• Assist with store cleanliness and upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.
