Job summary

RahrBSG is seeking a Pricing and Sales Administrator in Shakopee, Minnesota to support pricing, sales operations and commercial processes. The role handles pricing data in ERP/CRM, creates customer pricing materials, and supports quoting and sales execution.

The candidate will manage data accuracy, respond to pricing inquiries, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize pricing and contract administration while ensuring timely updates and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrator role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process US and Canadian daily pricing activities, including responding to internal pricing requests, maintaining pricing data in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, and updating costs and pricing within Salesforce CRM.
• Enter and update approved customer pricing, discounts, rebates, and contract pricing information.
• Create and maintain customer-facing pricing materials, including distribution center price lists and price sheets.
• Assist with pricing updates resulting from approved pricing initiatives and market pricing adjustments.
• Review dormant and inactive accounts to adjust pricing structures as needed.
• Validate CRM Sales Agreements against ERP journals and Sales Contracts for pricing accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to Sales related to pricing, customer records, and commercial documents.
• Support customer account setup and maintenance activities.
• Monitor pricing support inboxes and ensure timely internal responses.
• Maintain organized electronic records of sales agreements and contracts.
• Assist with reports, presentations, and customer communications materials.
