Job summary

TD Bank's Technology Solutions team in New York is seeking a Mid-Level Engineer to join the Transparency team focused on pricing and risk services. You will contribute to core Java-based services, implement web interfaces using React/TypeScript, and help scale high-throughput systems used by Front Office teams.

The role requires strong Java experience, multi-threading, and familiarity with event-driven architectures.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of strong Core Java knowledge (JDK 17+).
• Proficient in web app development with React/TypeScript.
• Experience with multi-threaded programming.
• Experience developing high-throughput, low-latency, event-driven systems.
• Experience integrating automated unit/integration tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building data-intensive distributed computing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop core pricing and risk services for cross-asset applications.
• Collaborate with sales/trading/quant teams on pricing/trading/risk solutions.
• Contribute to performance tuning and reliability improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and implement robust, scalable services.
• Support integration with Bloomberg APIs and external data feeds.
