Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Pricing Analyst, Sourcing to drive optimal pricing strategies and improve brand margins. You will monitor pricing, analyze distributor margins, and assess discount effectiveness to support growth across our portfolio of brands.

You will design and develop analytic tools and dashboards under guidance, maintain Vistaar for key markets, and help shape pricing processes while collaborating with pricing, finance, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, analytics, marketing or similar field
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Equally strong analytical and communication skills
• One year profit and loss experience
• Two years’ experience with commercial analysis, price structure development or pricing
• Two years’ experience in alcohol beverage industry or CPG

Responsibilities

• Use pricing tools and analytics to optimize pricing strategy and margins across brands.
• Monitor competitive pricing, analyze distributor margins, and evaluate discounting effectiveness.
• Execute brand standard pricing strategies and make recommendations to brand and sales teams.
• Develop and maintain analytic tools and dashboards under supervision and eventually independently.
• Maintain the Vistaar system for high priority markets.
• Identify training needs and design development content using CDS.
• Contribute to top and bottom line growth by improving per case metrics.
