Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years IT systems experience.
• 3+ years programming experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and platform improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and data requirements for ICT delivery teams.
• Define and document business rules.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and ICT vendor teams.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, Finance and external vendors as needed.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support solution design by aligning requirements with platforms, integrations, and data models.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test scenarios and defect triage.
• Assist with release readiness, documentation, and post-launch support activities.
• Support data management activities and identify process gaps across workflows.
• Leverage reporting and analytics to validate requirements and measure outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, including automation and data-driven enhancements.
