• Minimum 5 years of IT systems experience.
• Proven Business Analyst in ICT/IT-driven environments.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and agile or hybrid delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, data needs, and user stories.
• Define and document business rules.
• Support backlog refinement with Product Owners.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and ICT vendors.
• Partner with Product Management, Operations, Finance, and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops and reviews to ensure alignment.

• Support UAT planning, defect triage, and validation.

• Leverage analytics to validate requirements and measure outcomes.
