Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking an ICT Business Systems Analyst for Demand Planning and Forecasting. The role bridges business stakeholders and ICT delivery teams to capture needs, translate to system requirements, and ensure successful delivery across Aftersales, eCommerce, Dealer Experience, Pricing, and related domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT systems experience.
• Minimum 3 years programming experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ICT/IT environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: experience in Aftersales and Forecasting or SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, process flows, user stories, and data needs.
• Define and document business rules.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and ICT vendor teams.
• Coordinate workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support UAT, test scenario definition, and defect triage.
• Assist with release readiness, documentation, and post-launch support.
• Identify data, system, and process improvement opportunities.
• Leverage reporting/analytics to validate requirements and outcomes.
• Contribute to automation and data-driven enhancements.
