Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Pricing Team Member to keep store merchandise priced accurately and ensure signage and labels align with current promotions. You will work with Store Management and Zone Leads to uphold pricing standards and resolve discrepancies promptly across the store.

Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and can handle a flexible schedule, including holidays. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional ladder work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pricing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date pricing and correct signage for store merchandise.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to meet pricing standards.
• Address pricing discrepancies promptly throughout the store.
• Organize in-store marketing collateral per seasonal/promotional schedule.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy.
• Coordinate resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
