Job summary

VistaPrint, a Cimpress company, seeks a Pricing and Promotions Lead for North America. You will own end-to-end pricing and promotions across the US and Canada, leveraging data analytics and AI tools to maximize revenue and profitability.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other leaders to design, implement, and optimize strategies, deliver measurable ROI, and mentor junior team members in a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (STEM, Economics, Finance) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of pricing, financial analysis, promotions, or strategic business analytics.
• Proficiency with data modeling, automation, or modern analytics tools to solve business problems.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.

Our TeamAs the Pricing and Promotions Lead in North America (NA), you will own end-to-end strategy and execution for key product categories across the US and Canada. You will leverage data analytics and modern automation tools from Vista’s portfolio to design, implement, and optimize pricing and promotional strategies that maximize revenue, drive customer lifetime value, and maintain optimal profitability. This is a high-impact, highly visible role serving as a primary strategic partner to cross-functional leaders across Product Category, Finance, Shipping, and Marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (STEM, Economics, Finance) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, promotions, or strategic business analytics.
• Practical proficiency in leveraging data modeling, intelligent process automation, or modern analytics tools to solve complex business problems.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with experience integrating automated workflows to enhance analytical accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Practical experience with AI frameworks, prompt engineering, or applying LLMs to business processes.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and enterprise cloud data platforms (such as Snowflake).
• Solid foundational understanding of business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Compensation

US Target Hiring Range :$85,000.00 - $144,000.00 Per Year

Cimpress/Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Cimpress/Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.

Due to current US government policy changes, we are currently not sponsoring new H-1B petitions subject to the $100,000 filing fee under the September 2025 Presidential Proclamation. Candidates with existing work authorization or H-1B status not subject to this fee may still be considered.
