Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of pricing, finance, sales operations, or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with influence.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Experience with Power BI and BI tools preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with executives.
• Self-motivated with organizational skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Collaborates effectively to identify and resolve issues.
• Energetic, proactive, and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, margins, and market trends to inform decisions.
• Lead price increase initiatives from planning to realization.
• Monitor pricing compliance, discounting, and margin performance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Operations on pricing strategies.
• Deliver actionable insights via data analysis and reporting.
