Job summary

EverPeak seeks a Sr. Pricing and Product Strategist to lead pricing strategy and operational product ownership across our core commercial lines, starting with Workers' Comp and expanding to BOP and other verticals.

You will partner with Actuarial, Underwriting, and Engineering to translate market signals into pricing requirements, validate models, and architect a future Pricing Command Center while scaling a team of analysts as volume grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in commercial insurance product/pricing roles with a proven record of pricing ownership and delivery.
• Experience working with pricing models, predictive analytics, GLM/ML techniques, or with actuaries to validate models.
• Hands‑on experience with product ownership: defining backlog, writing user stories, working with engineering teams and deploying product changes.
• Familiarity with data retrieval and business intelligence tools (SQL basics; exposure to Tableau, Looker, Power BI or Python/R a plus).
• Familiarity with policy administration systems and rating engines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of presenting to C‑Suite and explaining trade‑offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive pricing analytics, rate adequacy analyses, and elasticity testing.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, and Data Engineering to validate models and refine segmentation logic.
• Translate data findings into objective business cases for pricing adjustments.
• Develop and deploy pricing strategies and governance with cross‑functional teams.
• Build out deployment logic and ensure readiness before pricing features go live.
