Job summary

Everest Reinsurance Company is seeking a Chief Pricing Actuary for Global Wholesale and Specialty to lead pricing strategy, analytics, and governance across its global businesses. This executive will drive AI-enabled underwriting insights, capital-efficient pricing, and a best-in-class pricing organization that partners with Underwriting, Finance and Risk functions.

The role demands extensive actuarial leadership, 15+ years of pricing experience, FCAS, and a track record of transforming pricing

Qualifications

• FCAS designation required.
• Minimum 15 years actuarial pricing and leadership experience.
• Experience leading global teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of modern analytical technologies including AI/ML, predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term pricing vision and analytics strategy.
• Lead pricing governance, model validation, and platform modernization.
• Partner with Underwriting, Finance and Risk to drive profitability.
