Job summary

Spectrum Staffing, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented pricing and product research assistant to support pricing and product research across a large portfolio in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to organize market intelligence, maintain product comparison data, and ensure information is accurate for business decisions. Strong Excel, ERP experience, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework or a degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfort working with ERP systems and structured business data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good listening and critical-thinking ability.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Flexible, open-minded approach with willingness to learn new processes and take on changing priorities.
• Automotive, truck parts, distribution, or related product experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research market pricing and organize findings for internal sales and marketing teams.
• Match and cross-reference industry part numbers with internal product numbers.
• Build and maintain pricing, product interchange, and comparison files in Excel.
• Enter, update, and maintain product and pricing information within an ERP system.
• Convert information from physical catalogs and reference materials into organized digital records.
• Communicate findings clearly and help keep product data accurate, current, and accessible.
