Job summary

Restaurant Depot, a leading wholesale supplier, is seeking a Pricing Analyst in New York to analyze product, vendor, purchasing, and pricing data. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, support procurement strategies, and translate data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong quantitative skills, Excel expertise, and the ability to develop reporting tools that monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience analyzing data and developing quantitative or financial reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product, vendor, purchasing, and pricing data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate product costs, vendor performance and sourcing opportunities to inform purchasing decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and overall cost performance.
• Analyze transportation and supply chain costs to identify efficiencies.
• Develop actionable recommendations and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting around key metrics and KPIs.
• Standardize reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
