Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of corporate experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations.
• Experience with long-term care, pharmacy practice management systems, and healthcare billing preferred.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintains client pricing and pharmacy coverage parameters in the pharmacy practice systems
• Conducts research and provide information to internal partners on client pricing and coverage set-up
• Ensures accurate claim processing by correcting and communicating discrepancies found in set-up and QA testing and recommends changes
• Analyzes the client request and determine the best operational approach and perform set-up
• Conducts research and provide information to internal partners on client pricing, coverage set up and product file questions
• Provides consultation and expertise to internal partners
• Participates and/or takes the lead in special projects
• Performs other tasks as assigned
