Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking a Jr. Pricing Coordinator in the United States to support pricing administration across defined PA-like agreements. Reporting to the Pricing Supervisor, you will own extensions and material credits while delivering day-to-day admin support within Sales Administration.

The role emphasizes building analytical skills, learning pricing processes, and growing within the Pricing team; strong Excel capability and organizational drive are desired for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of pricing experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer pricing agreement extensions accurately and within established timelines.
• Handle material credit requests, verify approvals and coordinate with teams for timely credits.
• Assist Pricing Team with daily pricing maintenance tasks, data entry and system updates.
• Utilize analytical skills to meet deadlines, build pricing for unique agreements, maintain pricing hierarchy integrity.
• Troubleshoot, research, and resolve pricing issues with Customer Care using attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team to continuously improve processes and support seamless operations across Sales, Customer Care, Finance and Logistics.
• Provide consistent phone coverage and manage high communication volume, handling ~300 emails and calls weekly.
