Job description

Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for an Analyst III - Network Pricing Sr. Operations Analyst for their Scottsdale, AZ/Phoenix, AZ/Remote location.

Responsibilities:
  1. This non-IT operations position will be working within a team responsible for the timely and accurate implementation of client pricing.
  2. Build pricing outputs covering several lines of business, including Employer, Health Plan, and Government business for pharmacy claims adjudication.
  3. Provide operational project support to assess different information inputs (moderate to complex data) used in various pricing initiatives.
  4. Aggregate data based on defined requirements into a single output for use by other organizational areas. Attention to detail is essential, as results may be subject to audits.
  5. Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word), AS400, and Salesforce. Additional initiatives may include data reconciliation, process improvement, documentation, and process flow development.
  6. Organize and accurately prepare, catalog, and electronically store information.
  7. Communicate effectively with different business partners (e.g., Underwriting/Account Team, Sales) throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  8. Participate in virtual meetings and potentially onsite meetings as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience in a PBM environment, claims processing, or claims auditing is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate information across different knowledge levels, including Leadership.
  • Experience participating in moderate to complex projects is preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced, volume-driven environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of compliance and audit fundamentals is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Degrees in Business, Finance, or auditing background are a plus.
