Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills with management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Sensitivity to confidential information

Responsibilities

• Maintain store pricing using TOD and update price signage
• Identify and label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs using TOD
• Support merchandise returns by moving saleable products to sales floor
• Adhere to safe lifting SOPs
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Create price tags and signage for all products
• Replace outdated signage with updated price changes
• Return products to proper locations after returns
• Stock and display products per Floor & Decor standards
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKU creation, pricing, and returns
