Job summary

Newly Weds Foods is seeking a Pricing Administrator at our Bryn Mawr headquarters. You will respond to pricing requests, perform margin analysis, and help convert cost and price data into actionable business decisions.

The role requires collaboration with Sales and Purchasing, ensures accurate data entry, and supports long-term pricing agreements and incentive programs. The hybrid schedule combines four on-site days with one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Strong communication, analytical abilities and organization skills.
• High level of competence in Adobe applications, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pricing analysis and draft customer quotations with Sales.
• Understand cost implications related to pricing and margins.
• Analyze long-term pricing agreements and monitor raw ingredient costs.
• Review orders for missing information and troubleshoot data.
• Perform pricing data and margin benefit analyses for billing.
• Interface with Sales on rebates and incentive programs.
• Process pricing requests from internal and external customers.
• Manage incentive programs based on customer volume and update Accounting.
• Communicate incentive program agreements as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer product files.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
