Newly Weds Foods seeks a Pricing Administrator to turn cost and margin data into strategic pricing decisions. Based at headquarters in Bryn Mawr, the role hybrid (four days onsite, one remote weekly).

Responsibilities include analyzing pricing needs, drafting quotations, auditing costs, and coordinating incentive programs with Sales and Accounting. Requires a Finance or Accounting degree and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe applications and MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in pricing analysis and prepare quotes for custom blends and stock items.
• Analyze cost implications on pricing and margins with Purchasing and Sales.
• Review orders for complete data and troubleshoot booking issues.
• Audit billing using cost/price/margin analysis.
• Coordinate rebates and incentive contracts with Sales.
• Process pricing requests from internal and external customers.
• Monitor long-term incentive programs and report to Accounting.
• Communicate incentive agreements as directed by supervision.
• Maintain accurate customer product files and data entry.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as needed.

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in the strategy behind pricing and profitability? Join Newly Weds Foods as a Pricing Administrator and help turn cost and margin data into smart business decisions.

As the Pricing Administrator, you willbe responsible for responding to pricing and informational requests from various internal and external sources and performs margin analysis of data.

This position is based at our headquarters in Bryn Mawr andfollows a hybrid schedule of four days on-site and one day remote per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the analysis of customer needs and uses this information for the purposes of generating pricing, drafting customer quotations on custom blends and stock items, and working with Sales Department to optimize profits and margins.

• Understand implication of cost as it relates to pricing.
• Analyze and structure long-term pricing agreements, by locking-down pricing and reviewing raw ingredient costs in consultation with the Purchasing Department.
• Review daily orders for missing information during the booking process and accurately troubleshoot incomplete information.
• Perform accurate billing auditing using knowledge of cost/price/margin benefit analysis.
• Interface with Sales Department to address customer’s requirements as relating to rebate and incentive contracts/programs.
• Process pricing requests involving Newly Weds Foods’ internal and external customers.
• Manage long-term incentive programs based on customer volume, monitoring related contractual obligations, and providing regular updates to the Accounting Department.
• Act as point person for communication of incentive program agreements at the direction of the supervisor.
• Responsible for accurate data entry and maintenance of customer’s product files.
• Perform other duties or special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Strong communication, analytical abilities and organization skills.
• High level of competence in Adobe applications, Microsoft Office
