Pricing Manager

STGi is currently seeking a Pricing Manager for our headquarters office in Arlington, VA. This position is remote.

Job Summary:

Manage the creation of fully compliant cost/business proposals in response to government solicitations. The individual must collaborate with teams across departments within STGi and external partners to develop strategies, prices, and proposals, identify pricing elements, and gather relevant information.

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for all pricing activities, including developing and producing cost/business proposals for government solicitations.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet organizational objectives.
3. Analyze government solicitations for proposal requirements.
4. Recommend pricing strategies to meet solicitation requirements.
5. Establish and monitor schedules and deadlines for proposal activities.
6. Maintain and update cost models in Excel for calculating costs and pricing.
7. Perform compensation analysis using corporate data and salary surveys.
8. Track competitor pricing to identify trends and methods.
9. Validate and establish budgets for awarded contracts.
10. Submit proposals for contract modifications based on changing requirements.
11. Perform business development capture duties as assigned.
12. Perform other duties as required by business conditions or assignments.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Office 365, especially Excel.
• Strong professional writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
