Summary

All Native Group is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to support the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), as part of a Department of the Air Force (DAF) team responsible for counterintelligence support related to technology transfer and collaboration with DoD and other agencies. This position is onsite at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.

Essential Functions
  1. Provide analytical support to agents, DAF divisions, OSI leadership, and federal law enforcement to support investigations and national security efforts.
  2. Identify trends in intellectual property theft and technology transfer, and prepare briefings to support disruption and mitigation efforts.
  3. Analyze OSI investigations to identify foreign intelligence threats, present findings orally and in writing, adhering to DNI standards.
  4. Support investigations with focused analysis, evaluate collected information, and assist case agents.
  5. Identify access and threat vectors exploited by adversaries and provide briefings to support disruption efforts.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective counterintelligence assessments.
  7. Maintain accurate records of assessments and documentation.
  8. Stay updated on laws, regulations, and best practices related to counterintelligence and cybersecurity.
  9. Report recommendations to OSI Technical Lead.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of counterintelligence principles and practices.
  • At least 1 year of experience researching intelligence databases such as CHROME, TAC, SAM, EDGAR, LexisNexis.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • No supervisory responsibility required.
  • Work environment is professional office setting with standard equipment.
  • Physical ability to remain stationary, move equipment, and work indoors most of the time.
Minimum Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Political Science, Intelligence Analysis, or equivalent experience (9 years).
  • At least 5 years of experience in intelligence data collection, analysis, and report writing following DNI standards.
  • 3+ years analyzing threats to DoD technologies.
  • 2+ years analyzing threats related to RDA, SCRM, or technology transfer.
  • Experience with analytical software such as Analyst Notebook, Microsoft Office, Adobe.
Security Clearance

Top Secret (TS) clearance required, with eligibility for SCI. Clearance verification required prior to employment.
