Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Wyoming seeks a detail-oriented team member to maintain pricing documentation accuracy in the store. You will manage the store UPC file, test scans, and keep weekly ad items aligned in the scanning file while supporting compliant operations.

This role requires effective communication, ability to handle stress and organize workloads, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude to manage people and organize workloads.
• Able to tactfully & calmly handle stressful situations and make a positive impression on associates and customers.
• Understanding of all key components of department operations (i.e., managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer services, labor scheduling, expense control, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Maintain store UPC File (price change, deletion, new items).
• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Provide housekeeping in computer room and ensure power backup systems are functioning.
• Copy PLU File twice a week and maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement Report).
• Promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive manner.
• Perform any and all duties as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights; weekends and holidays as needed.
