Job summary

Tech One IT is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the San Antonio area to support sales and operations by gathering, validating, and analyzing inventory and pricing data. You will extract information from quoting systems and spreadsheets, ensure data accuracy, and provide insights to renewals, quoting, and revenue analysis.

The role requires detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data security.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and cleanse inventory and pricing data from multiple sources.
• Review sales contracts and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory and renewal information.
• Analyze data and present findings clearly for business use.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Prepare and distribute Revenue Analysis (RA) reports.
• Create and update customer quotes, correcting discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements.
• Continuously develop product, process, and industry knowledge.
• Support operational excellence initiatives and team performance goals.
