The 12-week, up-to-20-hours-per-week internship offers hands-on exposure to pricing strategy, quotes and margin analysis, with compensation documentation for school credit if needed.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a 2- or 4-year college in a related field.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze quotes and bids according to sales needs and company objectives.
• Learn pricing structures based on market, competition, product mix and margins.
• Maintain vendor and customer cross-reference database.
• Understand cost increases and implement price adjustments appropriately.
• Complete special projects related to pricing, quoting and margin analysis.
