Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is inviting applications for a Training Intern at our Green Bay headquarters. The 12-week internship runs Spring 2027, up to 20 hours per week, with periodic work from the Green Bay office to support collaboration and engagement.

You will draft and edit training materials, coordinate development, and partner with SMEs to ensure accurate content while gaining exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited college.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format training materials, including job aids, e-learning modules, presentations, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate the development and completion of training materials to support scheduled training sessions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure training content is accurate and effective.
• Maintain and organize training content, resources, and documentation.
