We’re seeking a detail-oriented Pricing & GPO Analyst to support pricing strategy, competitive analysis, customer eligibility, and GPO/IDN contract administration. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, National Accounts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy and strong customer support.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze customer and sales data to support pricing, contract, and eligibility decisions
- Conduct competitive pricing research and analysis
- Support GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) and IDN contract administration, including pricing maintenance and reporting
- Manage GPO membership changes, inquiries, designations, and price activations
- Maintain GPO and IDN membership rosters and perform regular data audits
- Support contract audits with pricing eligibility and membership documentation
- Partner with internal teams on pricing, process, and data improvements
- Assist with system implementation and process improvement projects
- Research and resolve pricing, eligibility, membership, and customer issues
- Provide reporting and metrics on membership and pricing activity
- Support Sales and Account Management teams with GPO membership and tiered-pricing questions
- Document current and future-state business processes
- Work with distributors and internal stakeholders to improve communication and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Business, or related field
- 1+ year of business experience
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Model N, SAP, JDE, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business functions
Additional Requirements
- Approximately 10% travel
- Must be able to drive an automobile
- Ability to handle routine computer-based work and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to maintain detailed and confidential records
