Richelieu Foods, Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to join our data-driven Commercial & Supply Chain Finance team in Wheeling, IL. You will support pricing analyses, financial reporting, and forecasting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that improve profitability and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, cost-accounting, commercial finance or related business functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling fundamentals.
• Experience managing large datasets and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial pricing process by collecting, validating, and analyzing inputs from Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D and Finance teams.
• Assist in preparing pricing analyses and recommendations by evaluating the impact on volume, profitability, and customer relationships.
• Perform other financial and analytical projects as assigned.
• Support financial planning and forecasting activities through data gathering, analysis, and financial modeling
• Document forecasting assumptions and support ongoing forecast reviews.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support enhancements to forecasting and reporting tools.
• Assist in analyzing market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity.
