Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Financial Analysis Advisor in the United States to collaborate with internal teams and external client partners under Full Contracted Retail Value arrangements. You will manage large data sets, develop tracking reports, and communicate risks or opportunities to stakeholders.

Key duties include developing pricing, maintaining price points, coordinating with Network Ops, monitoring performance, and building accrual reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in Finance or Supply Chain
• Experience in financial modeling and FP&A
• PBM retail network pricing including client/provider guarantees
• SQL and large data set analysis
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced Excel with macros
• Ability to work in dynamic, deadline-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Completes pricing activities for Full Contracted Retail Value clients and develops custom network pricing
• Develops and maintains all price points on client pricing files
• Coordinates with Network Ops to reflect desired rates in production
• Monitors and tracks client and provider performance
• Builds monthly client accrual and reconciliation reporting
• Performs financial assessment of re-contracted retail network rates
• Designs tools and financial models to support forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Develops reporting for annual plan, monthly operating report, and mid-year projections
• Meets with clients to discuss financial or operational issues or opportunities
• Interacts with clients to build relationships and guide strategy
