Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Pricing Enablement Lead to build capabilities, tools, and governance for world-class pricing execution across the company. You will bridge Pricing Operations, Merchandising, Product, and Technology to simplify pricing work and scale solutions that improve accuracy and speed.

You will drive adoption of new capabilities, ensure teams have knowledge and support, and measure impact with health metrics. A strong analytics mindset and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a business/analytic field with relevant experience.
• Experience driving data-driven pricing or pricing enablement initiatives.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable pricing processes that improve operational efficiency and execution quality.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that simplify pricing workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain pricing standards, documentation, operating procedures, and governance.
• Partner with Product and Technology to influence roadmap priorities based on operational needs and business value.
• Identify operational pain points using data and associate feedback, translating insights into measurable improvements.
• Establish key performance indicators and operational health metrics to measure adoption, efficiency, quality, and impact.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that eliminate waste, standardize best practices, and improve scalability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across Pricing Operations.
