Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Pricing Coordinator in Albuquerque to ensure accurate pricing data in our enterprise system and to support the pricing and finance teams. You will provide timely data and assist with related order-to-cash tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with enterprise systems. You will contribute to continuous improvement and collaborate across teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required with one year of experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiar with enterprise systems and data entry.
• Ability to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing data accuracy in the enterprise system.
• Support pricing and finance teams and provide data to stakeholders.
• Assist with non-pricing maintenance in Order to Cash systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-team communication.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
