Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, an Affiant/EEO employer, seeks a Pricing Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM to ensure accurate pricing data in our enterprise system and to assist pricing and finance teams with timely support and cross-team communication.

The role focuses on pricing input, system maintenance, and continuous improvement. Office-based, dedicated to delivering excellent customer service with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office– Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with enterprise computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to streamline processes to create efficiencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic and works with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Expert knowledge of the enterprise pricing system and its data fields to enable ease of pricing input.
• Responsible for non-pricing related maintenance in the Order to Cash system(s) as assigned.
• Enable the development of finance talent through building capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide support and act as a backup to the pricing and finance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
