Job summary

Kirby Risk is seeking a detail-driven Pricing Support Coordinator in Indiana to help ensure pricing accuracy, vendor coordination, and internal support. You’ll collaborate across teams to keep pricing current and aligned with vendor data.

You’ll manage pricing activities, respond to technical pricing questions, load vendor changes, and assist with rebates while expanding knowledge of electrical supply and business development. This is a Monday–Friday office role in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing activities and communicate product and vendor information across teams.
• Handle technical pricing questions and help organize the complaint resolution process.
• Maintain close communication with focus accounts using available tools to manage, implement, model, and monitor pricing.
• Support growth of unassigned accounts by qualifying opportunities for account managers.
• Promote E-Commerce tools and customer service solutions.
• Accurately load vendor cost changes and maintain pricing integrity.
• Assist with all aspects of rebates, including backups, loading strategic files, and configuring sell margins.
• Learn and grow your knowledge of electrical supply distribution, vendor relations, and business development.
