Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale in Pittsburgh seeks an entry-level Pricing/Cost Analyst to support finance and sales. This in-office role analyzes cost data, recommends pricing, and prepares ad hoc reports using multiple software platforms.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance or a year of related internship, with strong Excel skills and cost accounting knowledge. Company offers full benefits and PTO, plus 401(k) and holidays.

Qualifications

• Recent accounting-related internship or at least one year of prior experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge and application of basic accounting procedures and cost accounting processes.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel advanced features.
• Ability to operate with high level of independence, initiative and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, compile, analyze and interpret cost data to identify profit margins and recommend pricing.
• Provide management cost analysis to support pricing structure of products.
• Prepare ad hoc reports leveraging multiple software platforms to support analysis.
• Review and maintain new product cost components utilizing the Company’s software.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maximize reimbursements available based on promotional programs.
