Job summary

GMO, a Boston-based global investment manager, seeks a Pricing and Corporate Actions Analyst to oversee the lifecycle of corporate actions for GMO funds and separately managed accounts. You will coordinate with portfolio managers, custodians, and pricing teams to ensure accurate valuations and timely processing across asset classes.

The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years in corporate actions, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Relevant college degree or commensurate industry experience.
• 2–4 years of direct Corporate Actions experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all corporate actions activity for all accounts/funds.
• Notify Portfolio Managers/Trading groups of corporate action activity.
• Respond to custodians on behalf of all funds for voluntary corporate actions.
• Review and propose process improvements within the group.
• Ensure securities involved in corporate actions are valued correctly.
• Provide observations and recommendations to Portfolio Managers and Trading groups.
