Job summary

Socket.dev in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Pricing Specialist to maintain supplier pricing calendars, input pricing structures, and collaborate with management and suppliers. You will analyze costs and ensure pricing accuracy across teams.

You will communicate pricing changes to departments, track adjustments, and support data-driven decisions to optimize profitability. This is a full-time on-site position in Alaska.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of pricing and/or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize and prepare data entries related to cost and price in the system.
• Communicate approved pricing to departments for submittal to retail and price catalogs.
• Track FOB, pricing changes and notify purchasers and sales teams.
• Maintain and create new product files including paperwork.
• Review invoice pricing variances and month-end depletion to suppliers.
• Collaborate with Pricing Analyst to identify unprofitable products and propose solutions.
• Develop cooperative relationships with colleagues and managers.
