Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing pricing activities, including calculating standard fragrance pricing and maintaining price lists.
• Review pricing and tariff letters to ensure procedures are followed.
• Validate New Business Orders as they are processed.
• Assist with maintaining files and price lists related to price increases and tariff adjustments.
• Partner with Customer Service to resolve pricing and order-related questions.
• Support pricing-related analysis and administrative activities.
• Participate in local and small-scale pricing projects.
• Navigate and maintain information across complex internal systems.

Location: East Hanover, NJ 07936
Duration: Up to 12 months, with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite — 5 days per week
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Coordinator to join our team in East Hanover, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with a background in Business, Finance, Sales Coordination, or Account Management who is interested in developing experience in pricing, profitability, and commercial operations.

In this role, you will support day-to-day pricing activities, help maintain pricing data and processes, and work closely with Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure pricing and orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Perform ongoing pricing activities, including calculating standard fragrance pricing, maintaining price lists, and supporting price-monitoring processes.

Review pricing and tariff letters to ensure established procedures are followed accurately.

Validate New Business Orders as they are processed.

Assist with maintaining files and price lists related to price increases and tariff adjustments.

Partner with Customer Service to resolve pricing and order-related questions and issues.

Support pricing-related analysis and administrative activities.

Participate in local and small-scale pricing projects.

Work with internal teams to ensure pricing information is accurate, timely, and properly documented.

Navigate and maintain information across complex internal systems.

Qualifications

Education

University degree in Business, Finance, or another relevant field.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in pricing, finance, account management, or sales coordination.

Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is a plus.

Experience in the Flavors & Fragrance industry, particularly within Commercial or FC&A functions, is highly desirable.

Recent graduates with relevant education and strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
