Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Stocking Clerk to keep shelves stocked and ready for customers. You will move products from pallets to shelves, pull backstock, and keep back areas tidy while interacting with customers in a friendly way.

This entry level role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and adherence to retail processes. Overnight shifts help prepare the store for the day ahead, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry level retail role focusing on stocking and customer service.
• Ability to learn and use basic technology and processes.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and physically lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets to correct shelf locations efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
