Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to drive data-driven pricing and packaging across products and geographies. You will translate business requirements to engineering and CPQ teams, support sales with tools, and build dashboards to measure pricing performance.

You will analyze revenue metrics, link product usage to revenue, and partner with Product and Analytics to identify growth levers. A strong SQL background and experience with BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis, commercial analytics, product analytics, strategy, revenue operations, or finance.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills, advanced spreadsheet modeling, and proficiency with BI/data visualization tools.
• Ability to analyze complex commercial metrics and translate insights into growth recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication, with ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support business model creation with data and market insights.
• Analyze commercial performance: revenue, ARR, churn, pipeline; provide pricing/packaging recommendations.
• Link product usage to revenue by merging usage data with commercial metrics.
• Maintain dashboards tracking pricing efficacy and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor competitor models, pricing and packaging to sharpen market position.
• Translate pricing decisions into CPQ, Product, and RevOps requirements and manage SKUs and workflows.
• Develop pricing calculators, guides, and AI-assisted resources for field teams.
