Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Manager – Pricing Business Intelligence to lead pricing analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools across planning, allocation, and assortment. You will guide a cross-functional team of business owners to deliver actionable insights and ensure forecast accuracy.

The role reports to the Director of Pricing and is based in our hybrid Atlanta office. You’ll partner with Merchandising, Finance, and Planning to embed pricing intelligence into strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a highly analytical role (BI, data science, retail analytics).
• Strong Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau skills.
• Experience with Claude or Gemini is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing BI, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools across planning, allocation, and assortment.
• Develop recurring pricing insights and a centralized Pricing Decision Dashboard.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and Planning to embed pricing intelligence.
• Oversee forecast accuracy and drive process improvements through change management.
• Pilot AI workflows and pricing agents to accelerate analysis and recommendations.
