Job summary

Uline is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin. You will lead the pricing analytics team, improve reporting, and turn insights into actionable guidance for the Sales organization.

You will collaborate with executives to shape discounting strategies, drive analytics programs, and mentor analysts to optimize pricing decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with team leadership experience.
• Strong data interpretation using Excel/SQL to generate insights.
• Excellent communication with ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine discounting strategies aligned with growth goals and market trends.
• Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities using BI tools.
• Present actionable insights to senior leaders and run pricing steering meetings.
• Lead projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales and Executives.
• Support configuration and management of pricing software producing recommendations.
• Mentor analysts on pricing data analysis.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine discounting strategies based on growth goals, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.
• Communicate results to senior leaders with actionable insights, including facilitating quarterly pricing steering committee meetings.
• Direct projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales and Executive Operations.
• Support the configuration and management of the proprietary software that produces pricing recommendations.
• Mentor Uline analysts on sales quoting data analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with experience managing and developing a team.
• Expertise in using tools, such as Excel or SQL, to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations.
