Job summary

Uline is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager to lead the pricing analytics team, enhance reporting and analysis capabilities, and deliver actionable insights to support our Sales organization.

You will collaborate with executives to shape discounting strategies, manage pricing projects, and mentor analysts in data-driven decision making. This on-site role leverages BI tools and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with team leadership.
• Advanced Excel/SQL skills to analyze data and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop discounting strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine discounting strategies based on growth goals, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.
• Communicate results to senior leaders with actionable insights, including facilitating quarterly pricing steering committee meetings.
• Direct projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales and Executive Operations.
• Support the configuration and management of the proprietary software that produces pricing recommendations.
• Mentor Uline analysts on sales quoting data analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with experience managing and developing a team.
• Expertise in using tools, such as Excel or SQL, to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations.
