Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst to enable strategic pricing decisions that drive revenue growth and profitability across the aftermarket portfolio, including Undercarriage, GET, Filters, and Fluids.

You will work with Pricing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams to analyze pricing opportunities, develop strategies, and support governance through dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Data gathering and interpretation to support decisions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Understanding of pricing, revenue management, or business analytics concepts.
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI and advanced Excel to create reports and dashboards.
• Clear communication and collaboration across functions.
• Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Analysis across aftermarket portfolio; participate in reviews for Undercarriage, GET, Filters, and Fluids.
• Analyze pricing performance, discounts, price realization, and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Support execution of pricing actions within governance processes.
• Analyze economic, competitive, sales, and profitability data to provide insights.
• Create reports and dashboards to support pricing decisions.
